My children and I have wanted to take a cake decorating class for years. We were so thrilled to find a local mom who would teach us. What struck us first when we arrived was Beth's warm welcome. We sat down to get started and we were amazed at the array and variety of tools and molds available to us. She explained and demonstrated how to use them and helped our kids feel confident to immediately begin using the many tools to create their cake designs. Her instruction to al of us was not only informative but fun! As a mother, but also an expert in this field, she guides students in a loving way and builds skills quickly into them to execute beautiful cake designs. Our kids had a great time and their cakes were not only gorgeous but so delicious. They loved bringing home their own beautifully decorated cake. We all left with skills they were able to put into use at home and we can't wait to get back for another class!
